You have a developer, or a studio that builds in WordPress or custom code. I design the site they build: the sitemap, a design system and every page template, desktop and mobile, handed over in Figma.
A record of the site as it stands: every page, the blocks each one uses and the styles already in the code. Nothing changes by accident, and every change traces back to a decision you made.
The design system before any screens. Colour, type, spacing and components are set up as tokens, with a styleguide you can open in a browser, so every template is built from the same parts.
Homepage concepts in the agreed system, then every template your developer needs in the direction you choose, at desktop and mobile.
A Figma library with variables, text styles and components, handover notes on how things behave, and a check of the build against the designs before launch.

A developer builds every page from the same parts, so those parts get settled first. I record the current site, go through it with you point by point, and rebuild the design system before a homepage is drawn. Your developer is part of the project from the first call, and their template list is checked against the live site during discovery.
Pricing is bespoke. Each project is quoted on its scope, mostly by the number of page templates, and a fixed quote comes back within 48 hours. I can invoice you or your developer, whichever suits the job, and nothing starts until the price is agreed.

Brand identity, guidelines and website design for a UK logistics company after a merger.
I designed the OnLogistics website from sitemap and wireframes through to sixteen page templates. Chris Hough at WP Bees built it in WordPress, and Laura Sargeant at SEM Consultants led the SEO.
Read the case study →A Figma file with the design system as variables and text styles, the components and every template at desktop and mobile, with notes on states and interactions. There is also an HTML styleguide, so anyone can check a colour or a type size without opening Figma.
Anything a developer can build: WordPress, with or without a page builder, or custom code. I go through the block list with your developer before the templates are drawn, so the designs use what the build can do and anything new is marked as new.
On these projects your developer builds it, and I check the build against the designs before launch. If you would like one person to design and build, I do that on Squarespace and Shopify.
Yes. Most of these projects start from a brand that is already live. I record the styles the current site uses, then tidy them into a system your developer can build from.
