The Heal Clinic is a non-surgical aesthetics practice in Marlow and central London, founded by Georgie, a Masters-level practitioner with a holistic, client-led way of working. The treatments are real medical work (anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides), but the way the clinic delivers them is calm and considered, a long way from the hard-sell end of the industry.
The website had to carry that difference: clinical expertise without the cold edge, confidence without theatre, and a digital experience that earned trust from the very first interaction.

Built in Squarespace and structured around a consultation. The full treatment range is easy to browse, the tone stays warm the whole way down, and both clinics, Marlow and London, are handled cleanly on one site with booking always within reach. The same considered feel runs from the homepage to the enquiry.
The identity, by John Paul Scott, pairs black-and-white photography with one bright lime accent, used as an event. My part was carrying that idea across the whole site. Lime is the only accent colour, so it does real work: it draws the eye to the word that matters, marks the call to action, and gives a clinical brand a pulse without ever feeling shouty.
Under that sits a set of Squarespace page templates, one for each kind of page: home, about, treatments, each treatment, both clinics, the blog and contact. Each is structured for search and built to work on a phone. The result reads as premium and reassuring at any size, which is exactly what a first-time client needs to feel.

To extend the brand without diluting it, I built a library of AI-generated brand imagery. The team can produce on-brand treatment pages at any pace, and the visual identity holds its line every time.

What launched holds up across the whole site, from one consistent set of templates and images. The team can stand up a new treatment page without leaving it, and the clinic looks as considered as the results it promises.
