01The business

Official hospitality and premium tickets for major events.

Club Sports and Events sells packages for football, tennis, racing, boxing, Formula 1 and arena shows. The brand had to feel as premium as the day itself, and booking on the website had to be simple.

The booking journey
From the fixture list to the hotel.

I designed the website around the way people buy. They find the fixture and compare the packages, then check out with their guests and a hotel, on desktop or phone.

Four phone screens from the website design, flat on the brand green: the home page, the Liverpool hospitality listing, the Liverpool v Everton match page and the first checkout step

02The identity

A sharper mark in black, white and one green.

The new identity is bold and compact. Short guidelines keep it consistent, from the website to the social posts and the stadium plans.

03The stadium plans

A plan for each venue, down to the seat.

Hospitality is sold by stand, suite and lounge, so I drew a plan for every venue the company sells, from Anfield to Co-op Live. Customers can see exactly where their package sits.

04The result

Booking now takes a few clear steps.

Everything from the website to the venue plans now looks like one company, and customers get from the fixture to the checkout without getting lost.
