Social and content design.

S Evans Design builds social templates and content systems for teams posting more often than a designer could keep up with. The point is that the brand survives being used by people who are not designers, at the speed social actually moves.

A set of branded social and sticker assets laid out together
Who it is for
  • In-house marketers producing more than a design team can service
  • Founders posting for themselves between everything else
  • Teams with a brand and no system, whose feed no longer looks like the website
  • Businesses where every post goes through a designer as a bottleneck
What you get

What it produces.

Templates built for the posts that actually get made, rather than a set of beautiful layouts nobody can fill in.

Rules tight enough to hold the brand together and loose enough that people will use them instead of working around them.

A consistent look across a feed, so the account and the website read as the same business.

Something the team owns and runs, rather than a dependency on whoever made it.

How it is scoped

This is the system rather than the posting: templates, frameworks and rules the team runs with. It works best on top of an existing brand, so if there is not one yet, that comes first.

Every project is quoted individually. Tell me the scope and a fixed quote comes back, usually within 48 hours, and nothing starts until the price is agreed. The person you brief is the person doing the work.

Questions
Do we need a brand before this?

It works far better on top of one. Without an identity underneath, templates are just layouts, and the feed drifts again within a couple of months.

Which platforms?

The system is built around wherever the business actually posts, rather than covering every platform for the sake of it.

Can the team be shown how to use it?

Yes. A system nobody has been walked through tends to go unused, so a handover is part of it.
